Bruce Davidson

Bruce has been a investment property investor for the past 20 years now.

With dozens of deals completed and currently managing numerous properties, Bruce is now teaching others how to have the same success he has. He is at home whether he is investing or with private coaching, mentoring or classroom training.

Bruce's negotiation experience is not limited to investing in properties. He also invests in lives as one of the local crisis intervention volunteers.

Bruce has a remarkable life story. When you meet him, ask him about it. You will realize if he can become a successful property investor, anybody who truly wants to can. You see, Bruce went from living on the streets to being a successful property investor, right here in Scranton.

With bad credit, very little savings and a strong desire to succeed, he did it.

One of the exercises Bruce will put you through is a mental process of what is the worst that could happen. He explains that it is really quite easy to be homeless. If that is the worst you can imagine happening to you, then what is the best? He can show you how to get there.

Bill was born in Scranton, attended Scranton schools, and graduated from Technical High and Lackawanna Business College.

"My first job was assistant manager with Guardian Financial Corporation in Scranton," Bill explains, "After 2 years, I left Guardian and was hired at Emery Worldwide (now UPS) where I became supervisor in the credit and collections department. I retired after 35 years of service."

Bill bought his first 2 homes on East Mountain where he, his wife and two children lived for several years. Then he bought his current home in Spring Brook Township. Prior to leaving Emery, Bill got into the real estate business and became a realtor, obtaining his PA Real Estate License. With this, he was able to help people buy and sell their Northeastern Pennsylvania Homes. Bill is the past president of the Local North Pocono Lions Club

Additionally, Bill lived in Florida for 2 years where he also obtained a Florida Real Estate License, helping residents there buy and sell homes.

"As a real estate professional," Bill continues,"I met Bruce Davidson several years ago. My first real estate deal with Bruce was helping him purchase a 2 family home in Scranton. Then three years passed and I met Bruce again at a Real Estate Investment Seminar. Shortly after the seminar we decided to go into business together, buying homes to either rehab and rent or rehab to sell."

In the three years since we formed WPW Investments we have bought and rehabbed 7 homes, all of which are currently rented."

Bill is one of the principle partners in the Investment Property Buying system.
